At EM Clothing, we aim to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible — from placing your order to receiving your items.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Most of our products are made-to-order or imported, so shipping times may vary.
Standard pre-orders: 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Supplier production
- Customs clearance
- Shipping carrier delays
We’ll always keep you updated. If there are any significant delays or if your item ships sooner than expected, we will notify you via email or Instagram.
DELIVERY UPDATES
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow some time for the tracking link to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship worldwide from Australia. Please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in your order total.
- These charges are set by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- We recommend considering these costs before placing an order, as we cannot control or predict these charges.
Estimated Import Fees (Reference Only):
- Europe (Italy, France, Germany, etc.): VAT ~20–25%. Orders over €150 (~250 AUD) may incur duty ~5–12%.
- United Kingdom: VAT ~20%. Orders over £135 (~260 AUD) may include additional duty.
- United States: Orders under $800 USD (~1200 AUD) usually have no import tax.
- Canada: Tax ~5–15%+ depending on province. Duties may apply.
- Singapore: Orders under SGD $400 (~450 AUD) no tax. Above: GST ~9%.
- Japan: Consumption tax ~10%. Duties may apply depending on value.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee may be deducted.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your address is correct. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address details.
