Items purchased from EM Clothing are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other personal reasons.

  • We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
  • The item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect
  • You received an incorrect item

  • Unboxing video: The package must be fully sealed and unopened at the beginning of the video. Please record continuously from the moment you open the package.
  • Product photos: Clear images showing the condition of the item and any issues.

REFUND

Once your return has been approved and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
