Items purchased from EM Clothing are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other personal reasons.
- We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect
- You received an incorrect item
If you believe your item is eligible, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order and ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

REFUND
Once your return has been approved and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
