Your Quick Guide to Our Shipping Option

We know shipping terms can sometimes be confusing, especially with pre-order items coming from Vietnam. So we’ve put together a simple guide to help you understand each option and choose what works best for you.

1. Express Shipping (1–3 days after your pre-order arrives in Australia) — $25

This is the fastest option once your pre-order items land in Australia.
As soon as your parcel arrives at our Adelaide address, we pack it and send it out immediately with express delivery.

Best for:
Anyone who wants their parcel ASAP once it reaches Australia.

Note: Pre-order waiting time (from Vietnam → Australia) is separate and depends on each brand.

2. Express Shipping (1.5–2 weeks) — $60

This option includes express handling + express shipping + priority processing.

What it means:
Your pre-order will be prioritised with our suppliers, helping it arrive slightly earlier than the usual pre-order timeline.
After it reaches Australia, we also send it via express.

Best for:
Customers who need their order earlier than normal pre-order timing.
Time-sensitive events (birthdays, trips, special occasions).

3. Free Shipping for 3+ items (3–5 days after arrival in Australia) — Free

Add any 3 items or more and you’ll receive free standard shipping within Australia.

Best for:
Bigger orders
Customers who don’t mind waiting a few extra days once the items arrive in Australia

4. Pick Up – Adelaide Only — Free

Live in Adelaide? You can pick up your order for free.

How it works:
We’ll message you once your pre-order reaches Australia and is ready for collection.
Pick-up location: Magill, SA 5072

Best for:
Local customers
Anyone who wants to save on shipping fees

5. Standard Shipping (3–4 days after arrival in Australia) — $10

This is the regular delivery option once your items arrive in Australia.
We’ll pack and ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the stock.

Best for:
Everyday orders
Customers who don’t need express delivery

    Since these are pre-orders from Vietnam, we cannot accept returns for size/style changes. If there's a mistake on our end, we'll make it right.
