Most items on our website are pre-order, meaning they will arrive in approximately 3–4 weeks.
Only products listed under the “Ready to Ship” category are available for immediate dispatch.

If an item is not in the Ready to Ship section, please note that it is pre-order by default.

Please note that we only place your order with the brand after your purchase is confirmed.
During this time, there is a small chance that the item may become sold out from the brand’s side.
If this happens, we kindly ask for your understanding — and we will contact you immediately to offer a swap (with the same sale price) or a full refund for that item.

Thank you for your patience — we work closely with our partnered brands to bring you the newest collections as quickly as possible.

1. What is a pre-order item?

A pre-order item is a product that is not currently stocked in our studio. We order it directly from the brand after your purchase.
Pre-order items usually take 3–4 weeks to arrive at your address.

2. How long does pre-order shipping take?

On average, 3–4 weeks, depending on brand processing and international logistics.
We will update you if there are any delays.

3. Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — cancellations are accepted within 1–2 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, your order has been processed with the brand and cannot be cancelled.

4. How do I know if an item is Ready to Ship?

Only items in the “Ready to Ship” category are available for immediate dispatch.
If it’s not there → it is pre-order.

5. Can Ready-to-Ship items be sent earlier if I need them urgently?

Yes — if you purchased 3 or more items (free shipping order), Ready-to-Ship items can be sent out separately and earlier upon request.
For orders under 3 items, all products will be shipped together to avoid extra shipping charges.

6. Can I combine Ready-to-Ship and Pre-order items in one order?

Yes!
However, all items will ship together once the pre-order items arrive — unless your order qualifies for free shipping (3+ items) and you request early dispatch for Ready-to-Ship items.

7. Can I change the size or colour for pre-order items?

Changes can be made within the first 1–2 hours.
After that, the item has already been confirmed with the brand.

8. Do pre-order items sometimes arrive earlier?

Yes — many items come in faster than the estimated 3–4 weeks.
We will notify you as soon as they arrive at our studio.

9. What happens if a pre-order item becomes sold out from the brand?

If the brand informs us that an item is unavailable, we will:

  • Offer you another product to swap to (and if there’s an ongoing sale, we will honour the same sale price), or
  • Refund the amount for that item in full.

We will contact you immediately if this happens.

10. Will I receive tracking for my pre-order?

Yes — once your order arrives at our studio and is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
